These terms apply to Little Gust and this website.

1. About these terms

Little Gust and this website are provided by Sunny Nagra ("we", "us"). These terms cover the website and Little Gust services we provide. By using them, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using them. If you are not old enough to agree in your location, a parent or guardian must review and agree with you.

2. Your app license and Apple’s services

Your license to an App Store copy of Little Gust is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is expressly supplied with the app. TestFlight builds are also subject to Apple’s TestFlight terms. These website terms do not replace either agreement or reduce any rights those agreements or applicable law give you.

Game Center, TestFlight and any service you use to share challenge links have their own terms and requirements. Apple is not the publisher of Little Gust and does not provide its gameplay or support.

3. Play fairly

You may use Little Gust for lawful personal use. Please do not interfere with another player’s experience, manipulate network traffic to cheat, exploit the service to harm others, impersonate another person, or use the game or site to distribute unlawful or harmful material. Respect other players and the rights of the people who created the game.

Do not copy, distribute or modify the game or site in ways that infringe our rights or the rights of others. Any exceptions provided by applicable law or relevant open-source licenses still apply. You may share your own gameplay screenshots and recordings with accurate attribution to Little Gust.

4. Beta access

Beta access is by invitation and subject to availability. Features, balance, courses, scoring and supported versions may change. Bugs, interruptions and resets are possible; beta builds can expire. We do not promise permanent beta access, that every device will behave identically, or that beta scores and progress will carry into every future release.

The beta currently has no ads or in-app purchases. Future releases may have different pricing; any paid offer will be shown before you buy.

5. Progress, challenges and races

Solo records and progress are stored on your device. Deleting the app, losing the device or restoring an older backup may remove progress, and we may be unable to restore it. Save and backup options depend on your device.

Live racing needs a supported version, an internet connection and eligible Game Center accounts. Race outcomes can be affected by connectivity or interruptions. Leaving a live race may forfeit it; the game may cancel interrupted matches. Challenges and races are for play and have no cash value, wager or promised prize.

6. This is entertainment

Little Gust borrows ideas from sailing, but its wind, speed, geography and boat handling are simplified for a game. It is not navigation equipment, a weather service, sailing instruction or guidance for operating a real boat.

7. Privacy and feedback

Our privacy policy explains local progress, optional Game Center features, website hosting and information you choose to send us. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve Little Gust without an obligation to pay you or credit you. You keep ownership of your original material.

8. Availability and responsibility

The site and game are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make additional promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. The app’s warranty and liability provisions are governed by its applicable app license.

For this website and services governed by these terms, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, loss of business profits or interruptions outside our reasonable control, to the extent the law permits. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any mandatory consumer guarantee. Your statutory rights remain intact.

9. Changes and access

We may update these terms when the game, services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the affected service. We may limit access to services we control when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, legal requirements or the end of a beta.
